Those channels provide the current intake route for questions about policy notices, platform access, and related operational handling topics.
What to include
To support review, requests should identify the relevant page, workflow, district or school context if applicable, the nature of the concern, and any dates or screenshots that help explain the issue. Requests should not include passwords, full student credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Review and response
Response timing may vary based on the request type, the operational context, and whether additional district or contractual review is needed.
