At this stage, privacy and data-related inquiries should be submitted through the published contact and district inquiry paths on this site. You may also email [email protected]. Those channels provide the current intake route for questions about policy notices, platform access, and related operational handling topics.

What to include

To support review, requests should identify the relevant page, workflow, district or school context if applicable, the nature of the concern, and any dates or screenshots that help explain the issue. Requests should not include passwords, full student credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Review and response

Response timing may vary based on the request type, the operational context, and whether additional district or contractual review is needed. Where a separate school, district, or contractual process governs the issue, that process may shape how the request is handled after intake through [email protected].
